This game is like bingo, but instead of numbers it has unhealthy coping mechanisms. While this was originally intended as a joke, a lot of effort has gone into turning this into somewhat of a legitimate tracker.
Note about the prompts: there are references to certain times that may be normal for your schedule (eg. you work nightshift). You may wish to substitute for a more suitable time to suit your schedule.
There is a personal best screen. Note that it is considered to be 'better' the less you use the app. I cannot stress enough, if you don't hit a personal best, that doesn't mean you aren't healing. These things take time. Nobody is perfect. It is a marathon, not a sprint.

Here's the boring details:
You'll need a fairly up to date system to run the game. Basically if you're running a recent version of Chrome or Firefox.
It's a progressive web app. This makes it installable on your iPhones, iPads, Androids, and Wax Gramophones.
Desktop users should also be able to install and run it using a recent version of Chrome or Firefox, but may wish to use the live version.
I have no idea how to push updates to PWA's. Don't yell at me, or yell at me really loud. Only yell at me if you know how to do it.
Note that due to some weird behaviours from browsers, a new tab will open, prompting you to tap to confirm the installation
