This game is like bingo, but instead of numbers it has unhealthy coping mechanisms. While this was originally intended as a joke, a lot of effort has gone into turning this into somewhat of a legitimate tracker.

Note about the prompts: there are references to certain times that may be normal for your schedule (eg. you work nightshift). You may wish to substitute for a more suitable time to suit your schedule.

There is a personal best screen. Note that it is considered to be 'better' the less you use the app. I cannot stress enough, if you don't hit a personal best, that doesn't mean you aren't healing. These things take time. Nobody is perfect. It is a marathon, not a sprint.
